Established in 2009
Perth Design & Construct was established in 2009 by Registered Builder Sel Dauti, who is tertiary qualified and has over 20 years experience in the building industry.
Sel Dauti’s vision for Perth Design & Construct is to have a commitment to Delivering Superior Custom Homes for You – the Client, and at Your Budget.
Mike Primus
Partner Since 2014
Before 2014, Mike was working with other Project Builders, and was continually unhappy with their level of service, finish and time taken, all costing both time and money.
Mike Primus then became a partner with Perth Design & Construct since 2014.
From Mike’s experiences with other Builders, Mike was able to create a User Friendly environment with his Clients, with no hidden costs and no ridiculous variation fees.
Instead there’s only straight forward, fixed lump sum building contracts and Clients being able to deal with one Contact the entire process.

In business, it’s about building relationships. All the business that Perth Design and Construct operate by, is through referrals which is from our Clients, Friends, Family and other Professionals.
We don’t have display homes as we feel that our Client’s homes are our best form of advertisement. This way you’re able to receive unbiased feedback and testimonials from the people who have experienced us for themselves.
